We want you to be completely satisfied with your needlepoint projects. If your canvas, threads, or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and verify that your items are eligible for return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused canvases and threads in their original protective sleeves to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to KC Needlepoint

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to our Kansas City storefront; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned materials to ensure they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
